摘要 车辆传动系统的最佳设计能够有效降低CO2的排放。手动变速器、液力机械变速器、DCT、CVT和混合动力系统等不同的传动系统适用于不同的需求和不同的车辆。通过增加档位和速比范围,发动机可在不降低车辆动力性的前提下燃油经济性更佳。变速器自身的效率可通过采用燃油效率更高的变速器润滑油、改善润滑系统及油泵、优化换档策略和优化齿轮、轴承及密封等得以提高。随着采用能够承受更高负载的轻量化材料和部件,变速器的转矩/质量比大幅提升。在上述领域,未来进一步的改进将集中在新型润滑、材料、部件、制造工艺、成本和用户效益等方面。 In modern motor vehicles, having a driveline that is optimally designed for each vehicle provides a substantial CO2 reduction. Different transmission systems such as, for example, manual transmissions, torque-converter transmissions, dual clutch transmissions, CVTs, and hybrid systems, work better with different requirements and vehicle classes. By increasing the number of gears and the transmission-ratio spread, the engine can run with more fuel efficiency without a loss of driving dynamics. The transmission efficiency itself can be improved by using fuel efficient transmission oil, optimizing the lubrication systems and pumps, improving shifting strategies, and optimizing gearings, bearings and seals/gaskets. With the use of lightweight materials and components with a higher specific workload, the torque-to-weight ratio of the transmission can be significantly reduced. In all these areas, further improvements can be expected in the future through the use of new lubricants, materials, components, and manufacturing technologies; costs and benefits to the customer would naturally be of the highest importance.
