摘要
往复泵阀组在运行中常常因阀盘与阀座的密封面出现局部沟槽,导致物料回流、性能陡降而失效,在采取调整阀组材质及硬度等理化性能和改进阀组结构等解决方案基础上,通过采用旋翼阀使通常只能沿轴向上下启闭的阀盘产生旋转,改变密封面局部区域因脉冲应力产生疲劳破坏的初始条件,从而延长阀组的使用寿命。
In the operation of reciprocating pump set, the groove is often appeared on the sealing surfaces between valve disk and valve set, so that due to fluid reflux and rapid drop of property the failure will occur. Based on the change of materials used in valve set and their chemical and physical properties, the valve set structure was improved so as to make the valve disc in rotary blade valve rotates, which were generally open and close along axis. In this way, the original condition of fatigue due to pulse stress existed at local area on sealing surface was changed, and then, the life of valve set had been extended.
