摘要
通过技术分析,总结了低温乙烯泵串联式机械密封频繁失效的原因,采用了合适低温乙烯介质的串联式干气密封加以改进,并设计了密封系统,解决了低温乙烯泵的密封失效隐患。
Based on technical analysis, the causes of failure frequently occurred in the serial mechanical seal used in low temperature ethylene pump were summarized. By using serial dry gas seal which is applicable to low temperature ethylene, the seal was improved and whole seal system was designed. Consequently, the problem that the failure of seal may occur had been solved.
