摘要
针对目前炼厂常减压装置塔顶系统的腐蚀问题,阐述了常减压蒸馏装置管线低温部位的腐蚀环境和腐蚀机理,经过腐蚀调查并分析腐蚀原因后,提出了合理的腐蚀防护措施:加强对缓蚀剂和中和剂质量控制,加强工艺调整pH的控制,均衡管线承压。
With respect to the corrosion occurred in the top of the towers in atmospheric and low pressure equipment used in refining industry, the environment and mechanism of the corrosion occurred at the low temperature parts in these equipment were depicted. With the results of the analysis, proper anticorrosion measures were proposed, including the control of the adjusting agent quality and pH balance value and balancing the pressure in pipeline.
