摘要
人类microRNA-181家族的成熟序列现有8个组成成员,拥有成千上万的预测靶标,其中少数靶标如OPN、BCL-2、SHP2和K-ras等已被实验证实。microRNA-181家族在恶性肿瘤、中风、毒瘾形成及慢性麻风病等许多疾病的发生发展中发挥重要作用,并与肿瘤干细胞分化、肌母细胞终末分化及免疫细胞的活化增殖等密切相关。
The mature sequences of hsa-miR-181 family contain 8 component members and possess hundreds of predicted targets,some of which such as OPN,BCL-2,SHP2 and K-ras have been experimently comfirmed.The miR-181 family have been showed to play important roles in the initiation and progression of varieties of diseases such as malignant tumors,stroke,drug addiction as well as chronic Leprosy.,and they are closely associated with cancer stem cell differentiation and mammalian myoblast end differentiation and CD4+ T lymphocytes activation and proliferation.
