摘要
介绍钢帘线生产工序及其对工字轮收线的要求,结合力矩电机的特性,说明收线机工字轮空轮卷径和满轮卷径比超过1∶2时保证恒张力收线应采取的控制方法。给出2种工字轮卷径计算方法并分析其优缺点,详述采用米长估算方式计算卷径的恒张力收线系统的组成及各单元功能。该系统主要由SM-24R PLC、MD-02L人机界面、变频器、F2-8AD2DA模块及力矩电机控制器组成,根据产品规格编制出收线机在空轮和满轮时的控制电压设定表,运行证明,该控制系统可使收线钢丝的张力恒定,产品质量更加稳定。
To introduce steel cord process and its demands for spool, combining the characteristic of moment motor, the control method to ensure take-up constant tension are put forth when the ratio of empty spool diameter with full spool diame- ter surpass one to two. Two kinds of calculation schemes for spool diameter are given and analyzed its advantages and disad- vantages. The constant tension take-up system consisting adopting length estimating mode to calculate coil diameter and ev- ery unit functions are expounded. The system is mainly consist of SM -24R PLC, MD -02L, human-machine interface, transducer, F2 - 8AD2DA module and moment motor controller. According to products specification to work out control vol- age setting table of take-up empty spool and full spool. Running prove that the system can make take-up steel wire tension constant, the quality of products is more stable.
