摘要 介绍电梯工作原理,对电梯钢丝绳在曳引轮上打滑的原因进行分析。根据GB/T 7588—2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》,介绍系统曳引能力要求以及当量摩擦因数的计算方式。结合实例,在轿厢装载工况、紧急制动工况、轿厢滞留工况下,计算电梯系统曳引能力并进行验证,并对平衡系数、轿厢质量、轿厢提升高度、补偿链(绳)质量、钢丝绳在曳引轮上的包角、电梯运行速度、曳引钢丝绳张力不均、系统加速度、曳引轮槽型深度误差或磨损、润滑等因素对电梯系统曳引能力的影响进行分析,给出避免钢丝绳打滑的措施。 To introduce elevator working principle, the causes of wire rope slip on elevator traction pulley are analyzed. According to GB/T 7588--2003 The Safety Specification for Elevator Manufacture and Installation to introduce the system traction capability demands and the formula of equivalent friction factor. Combining practical example to calculate elevator system traction capability and verifying on the conditions of lift car loading, emergency braking and lift car stop, the effects of factors such as balance efficiency, lift car mass, lift car rise height, compensation chain(rope) mass, wrap angle of rope on pulley, elevator running speed, traction wire rope tension uneven, system acceleration, traction pulley depth error or abrasion, lubrication, on traction capability of elevator system are analyzed. Measures to avoid wire rope slip are given.
