摘要 目的优选麦贞花颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验法,以麦冬皂苷D、羟基红花黄色素A为考察指标优选麦冬和红花的水提工艺;采用Box-Benhnken响应面法,以特女贞苷、齐墩果酸、芦丁得率为考察指标优选女贞子和槐米醇提工艺。结果麦冬和红花最佳水提工艺为:麦冬10倍水提取2次,每次1.5 h,药渣加入红花,30倍水提取1 h。女贞子、槐米最佳醇提工艺为:65%乙醇12倍量回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论该提取工艺简单合理,有效成分转移率高。 Objective To optimize extract process of Maizhenhua granules. Methods Single-factor experiment design was used to optimize the extract process of Radix Ophiopogonis and Carthami Flos with indexes of ophipogonin D and hydroxysafflor yellow A. Response surface method was used to optimize the extract process of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and Sophoare Flos with the content of specnuezhenide, oleanic acid and rutin as indexes. Results The water extraction for Radix Ophiopogonis and Carthami Flos was to add 10 times water for Radix Ophiopogonis, decocting 2 times, 1.5 h for each time, then add 30 times water to Carthami Flos and the dregs, decocting 1 h. The optimal process of Ligustri Lucidi and Sophoare Flos was to add 12 times 65% ethanol, decocting 2 times, 1 h for each time. Conclusion The optimum process is simple and convenient for extracting, and higher effective constituents content can be obtained.
