摘要 目的优化强胰降糖胶囊的水提工艺。方法以多糖提取率和葛根素转移率为指标,采用正交试验法考察加水量、提取时间、药粉粒径对提取效果的影响。结果最佳水提工艺条件为药材粗碎全部过5 mm筛,加水提取2次,第1次加水10倍量,提取时间90 min,第2次加水6倍量,提取时间60 min。结论该提取工艺稳定可行,可用于强胰降糖胶囊的生产。 Objective To optimize the water extracting technology of Qiangyi Jiangtang Capsules. Methods With extraction rate of polysaccharide and transfer rate of puerarin as evaluation indexes, an orthogonal experiment of L9(34) was conducted, and water volume, time of decocting and particle size of medicinal materials were investigated. Results The optimum extracting condition was as follows: medicinal materials were pulverized coarsely and made it through 5 mm sieve, water was added to the the medicinal materials to decoct 2 times, the amount of water was 10 times and the decocting time was 90 min for the first time, the amount of water was 6 times and the decocting time was 60 min for the second time. Conclusion The extracting technology is reasonable and practicible, with good reproducibility, and can be used in the production of Qiangyi diangtang Capsules.
