摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定肺宁合剂中的盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Hedera ODS2柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(95∶5),测定波长为207 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱分别在0.008064~0.09677μg和0.004112~0.04934μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r分别为0.999 1和0.999 5。平均加样回收率盐酸麻黄碱为97.51%,RSD=1.87%(n=6);盐酸伪麻黄碱为96.30%,RSD=2.91%(n=6)。结论该法结果准确,重现性好,可用于肺宁合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determining ephedrine and pseudoephsdrine in Feining mixture by HPLC. Methods The Column was Hedera ODS-2 column (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was 0.1% phosphate and acetonitrile (95 : 5). Detection wavelength was 207 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30℃. Results The ephedrine and pseudoephsdrine had good linear relationship in the range of 0.008 064--0.096 77 μg (r =0.999 1) and 0.004 112--0.049 34 μg (r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 97.51% and 96.30% and RSD was 1.87% (n =6) and 2.91% (n =6) respectively. Conclusion The result was accurate, and reproducibility was good. The method can be used for the quality control of Feining mixture.
