摘要
通过对酒钢极难选周边铁矿石矿石性质的分析,矿石铁矿物种类较多但质量不高,矿石氧化程度较高,矿石中铁矿物粒度微细,是其难选的主要原因。通过对矿石进行阶段磨矿—单一强磁选、阶段磨矿—强磁选—阳离子反浮选和阶段磨矿—强磁选—重选—阳离子反浮选3个方案的试验研究,确定了阶段磨矿—强磁选—反浮选工艺流程是较佳的选矿工艺流程,并进行了扩大连选验证试验,最终获得了较佳的选别效果。
Through analysis on the ore properties of the extremely refractory surrounding iron ore in JISCO, there are many iron mineral species but low grade. And its main reasons for difficulty to concen-trate are higher degree of oxidation and fine particle size of the iron minerals. Experimental researches are carried out by three flow-sheets of stage grinding-single high intensity magnetic separation, stage grinding- high intensity magnetic separation-cationic reverse flotation, stage grinding-high intensity magnetic sepa- ration-gravity separation-cationic reverse flotation. The optimal process of stage grinding-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation is determined. Then the optimal process was applied into the pilot verification tests, and the optimum concentration results were achieved ultimately.
