摘要
针对云南某低品位磁铁矿工艺矿物学特点,通过试验确定采用磁滑轮干式预选—3段阶磨—5段弱磁选工艺流程,对原矿TFe品位仅为19.68%(其中磁性铁品位仅为7.57%)的单一原生磁铁矿进行了研究,试验获得了铁精矿TFe品位为68.07%、回收率为45.14%(对原矿37.16%)的较好技术指标。
In the light of the process mineralogy characteristics of a low-grade magnetite in Yunnan, the process of dry primary concentration with magnetic pulley-three-stage grinding-five-stage low intensity magnetic separation was determined by the tests to make research on single native magnetite with TFe grade of 19.68% (magnetic iron grade of only 7.57% ). Finally, good technical indicators of iron con- centrate with TFe grade of 68.07% and recovery of 45.14% (37.16% in raw ore) were obtained.
