摘要
φ20 m×20 m大型搅拌槽要求整体运往西澳大利亚。在起吊过程中,槽体的单层底板会产生大的变形,造成槽体破坏。在槽体底板下部焊接H型材组成复合底,增大了底板刚度,减小了底板变形,同时复合底结构还大幅度的降低了整个槽体重心,增加了海运过程中槽体的稳定性。
Ф20 m ×20 m large stirred tanks are required transport to west Australia integrally. Sin- gle bottom plate of trough body is liable deformed and causes the destroy of tank during slinging. To solve the above mention problem, multiplexed bottom which composed of H-profile welded at lower part of tank bottom could enhances the stiffness of bottom and reduces its deformation, meanwhile multiplexed bottom structure reduces the whole centre of gravity of tank greatly, and makes it more stable in ocean shipping process.
