摘要
随着系留气球平台的应用推广,其全寿命周期内的可靠性、维修性和安全性问题越来越引起关注,对此进行了技术研究。在没有公开资料的条件下,对浮空器系留气球平台的可靠性技术的研究探索,取得了初步的成效,对其今后的稳步发展起着相当关键的作用。
With application and popularization, tethered balloon platfi）rm gets more attention on the aspect of reliability, maintainability and safety within life cycle. Without public documents, reliability technology of aerostatics tethered balloon＇s platform is explored in the paper, for the purpose of acquiring primary result, which is quite crucial to the following development.
