摘要
环糊精(β-CD)具有特殊的疏水空腔结构,在一定条件下能与溴氰菊酯形成包合物。文章基于紫外吸收光谱研究了环糊精与溴氰菊酯之间的包合作用机理、探讨了β-CD浓度、pH、温度、反应时间等对包合物形成的影响,同时基于紫外吸收光谱数据计算了环糊精与溴氰菊酯之间的表观结合常数。
Cyclodextrin (β-CD) has a special hydrophobic cavity structure, which can form inclusion complexes with deltamethrin. The molecular inclusion mechanism between β-CD and deltamethrin was studied by the UV absorption spectra. The effects of β-CD concentration, pH, temperature and reaction time on the forming of the inclusion complex were investigated. The apparent inclusion constant of the interaction was also calculated based on the UV data.
