Study on Grinding Process of Granular Enhancers for Airbag

颗粒状传火药具有良好的燃烧性能,与相同直径与重量的片状传火药相比,具有产能高的优势,由于粉碎工艺的得率较低,成为生产中瓶颈。在生产过程中,通过对各种实验发现了影响其粉碎效率因素的关系,并进行合理的工艺设计,有效地提高了传火药的得率。

Granular enhancers has good burning properties as to the plate-shaped, but the low yield during the grinding process becomes the drawback of the production. We increasing the percentage of the granular enhancers product by studying the factors that affect the grinding efficiency, and designing appropriate production process.
