摘要
研究了高锰酸钾对水体中有机磷农药敌敌畏的降解情况。以磷钼蓝分光光度法测定敌敌畏的残留量,考察了敌敌畏的浓度、高锰酸钾的投加量、反应时间、溶液的pH以及紫外灯照射对降解的影响情况。研究结果表明,高锰酸钾与敌敌畏的化学反应计量关系约为1∶1,在酸性和中性条件下,高锰酸钾对敌敌畏降解效果良好;反应20 min,敌敌畏的降解效率可达75.48%;UV254照射联合高锰酸钾可以提高敌敌畏的降解效果。对反应前后的溶液进行紫外-可见光扫描,结果表明,高锰酸钾对敌敌畏的降解比较彻底。
The paper mainly investigated the degradation of DDVP by potassium permanganate in solution. By detecting the residues ot DDVt' through phosphomolybdate blue spectrophotometry, the effect of the key operating variables such as the dosage of potassium permanganate, the dichlorvos concentration, reaction time, pH value and ultraviolet irradiation were studied. The reaction between permanganate and dichlorvos exhibited 1 : 1 stoichiometry. The efficient degradation of DDVP by potassium permanganate could happen under acidic and neutral conditions. With UV254 irradiation the degradation efficiency could be enhanced. By comparing the UV-Vis spectrum of solutions before and after reaction, results showed that the degradation was relatively complete.
