摘要
本研究提出了在碱性条件下直接氧化浸出电镀污泥、净化除杂后制备中铬黄的新工艺。试验重点考察了氧化剂用量、浸出时间及反应温度对铬浸出率的影响,结果表明,控制氧化剂用量及浸出反应时间,能使铬的浸出率达到75.0%以上;含铬浸出液经净化除杂后,可以制得合格的中铬黄产品。
A new technology of preparing medium chrome yellow from electroplating sludge is presented in the paper. The process included direct oxidalion and leaching of the electroplating sludge, impurity removal and purifcation. The study focused on testing the effect of amounl of oxidanl and reaction time on the leaching rate of Cr. The result indicated that the leaching rate of Cr could reach 75.0 % under the optimum amount of oxidant and reaction time: the qualified medium chrome yellow could be made from the impurity- removed leaching solution.
