摘要
针对催化裂化反应特点,对新试验装置进行了安装调试和改造:安装催化剂藏量大的反应器、采用三段独立加热、改进进油系统管路、改造和标定集气系统。优化的新装置阻力降减少,集气量增大,温度可控性增强,准确性提高,更能有效模拟工业生产装置。应用试验表明:操作运行平稳,数据重复性高,适用性好。
Based on catalytic cracking reaction characteristics, the new apparatus was installed and modified, including installing reactor with more catalyst dosage, adopting independent three-part heater, improving oil pipeline, calibrating and enlarging gas gathering system. The optimized apparatus reduced pressure drop, enhanced temperature controllability and improved accuracy, which maked it better to simulate effectively industrial plant. The results showed that the apparatus had stable operation, high repeatability, good applicability.
