摘要
比较白斑癌变进程中几种血管生成检测方法与不同病理分级间的相关程度 ,探寻早期诊断白斑癌变的有效方法。材料与方法 采用 Salley法诱导金地鼠颊囊白斑癌变 ,以光镜下病理观察诊断分级和墨汁灌注、甲平滑肌肌动蛋白 (α- SMA)免疫组化等与血管生成有关的检测结果作相关性分析。结果 墨汁灌注图像分析结果中血管面积比与病理分级高度相关 ,血管密度值相关性不显著 ;α- SMA表达水平与病理分级有十分显著的相关性 ,且不同病理分级间的 α- SMA阳性血管值有明显落差和平台。结论 多种检测手段均能有效地反映金地鼠白斑癌变进程中血管生成变化趋势和病理变化严重程度。 α- SMA免疫组化检测具有十分良好的区分度 ,能准确反映上皮细胞变化程度 ,是很有临床实用价值的早期诊断白斑癌变的有效方法。
Objective To detect the effective way of early diagnosis of leukoplakia carcinogenesis by comparing the correlative degree between various detective methods in angiogenesis and different pathological classification.Methods Salley ′s leukoplakia carcinogenesis model of golden hamster cheek pouch is used in this study. The results are analyzed correlatively among pathological chassification, prepared chinese ink injection and α smooth muscle actin (α SMA) immunohistochemistry. Results In prepared Chinese ink injection, there is significant correlativity between pathological classification and vessel areas rate, and is no significant correlativity between vessel density and pathological classification,The α SMA expression sum is highly correlatived with pathological classification. There is apparent differentiation between various pathological classification and α SMA dyed vessel density. Conclusion Various detective methods can effectually reflect the varying tendency of angiogenesis and serious degree of pathology during the evolution of leukoplakia carcinogenesis. α SMA immunohistochemistry has a good distinction, can also reflect various degree of epicyte, and it is a affective diagnostic method for detecting precarcinoma.
