香豆素衍生物是药物开发和荧光探针设计的重要中间体。文章以间苯二酚和乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,经Pechmann反应和Duff反应两步合成了4-甲基-8-甲酰基-7-羟基香豆素,并优化了反应条件。

Coumarin derivatives are important compounds for drug development and fluorescent probe design. In the paper, 8-formyl-7-hydroxyl-4- methylcomnarin was prepared by Pechmann reaction and Duff reaction using resorcinol and ethyl acetoacetatc as raw materials. The reaction conditions were investigated.
