摘要
在浓硫酸作用下,不饱和酮酰胺发生分子内的氮杂Michael反应,高效地合成了1-苄基-5-苯基吡咯烷-2,3-二酮。考察了反应发生的条件,确定了反应的最佳条件。该化合物的结构已经通过氢谱,碳谱和质谱确定。
1-benzyl-5 phenyl pyrrolidine-2,3-diketone was afforded via intramolecular Michael Reaction of 13,7-unsaturated ketoamides under the action of concentrated sulfuric acid with high yield. The optimum reaction conditions have been identified. The structures and characterizations of the title compounds were conformed by the IH-NMR, 13C-NMR, and HRMS.
