摘要
文章以定边盐湖卤水为原料,通过将卤水脱色除杂并浓缩到一定程度,使溶液中的氯化镁富集,达到过饱和后将其冷却,从而析出六水氯化镁晶体,将晶体分离干燥得到产物,并对工艺条件进行了单因素试验。最佳工艺条件为:脱色剂是H2O2;250mL卤水需要用1mLH2O2;保温沉降温度105℃、时间2h;冷却结晶温度40℃、时间1h;干燥温度60℃、时间0.5h。
The paper adopts salt lake of Dingbian County as raw material, through the brine was decolorize, we should eliminate the impurity and concentrate it to a certain extent, making magnesium chloride enrich more. When it reaches supersaturating, we can make it cooling. Thus separate six water magnesium chloride crystals out, crystal was separated and dried to obtain the product titration can detect the content of six water magnesium chloride in the product and preparation conditions were investigated in this paper by experiments of single factor. The optimal preparation conditions are as follows: bleaching agent H2O2, 250 mL brine needs 1 mL H2O2; thermal precipitation temperature is 105 ℃, time 2 h; cooling crystallization temperature is 40 ℃, time 1 h; drying temperature is 60 ℃, time 0.5 h.
