环氧扩链剂的合成及其反应挤出增黏回收PET的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用乳液聚合方法合成了环氧类扩链剂ECP-苯乙烯-丙烯酸的共聚物ESA,并对其进行了红外表征。将ESA应用于回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)进行反应挤出扩链,能够提高回收PET的分子量和特性黏度,降低羧基含量,扩链效果明显。挤出工艺的研究表明,在挤出温度为260℃,挤出时间为4~6 min时,扩链剂达到最大挤出增黏效果。 The chain extender with epoxy functional group, ECP-Styrene-Acrylie Acid copolymer(ESA), was synthesized by emulsion polymerization and characterized by IR. AS a chain extender, ESA can improve the molecular weight and the intrinsic viscosity of the recycled PET greatly, while the carboxy content decreases. That optimized result can be obtained at the reactive extrusion conditions as follows: the reaction temperature at 260 ℃, the reaction time was 4 -6 min.
