摘要
针对老区焦化蒸氨系统存在的蒸馏效率低,废水氨氮严重超标,氨分解炉频繁跳机,炉体热偶频繁损坏的故障进行了系统分析,制定了定修方案,对系统进行了停产检修,排除了故障,稳定了蒸氨和氨分解的生产,实现了废水、废气的达标排放。
