摘要
文章通过在监管方针、监管部门、法律法规、协会手段等方面简单比较了中美两国的乳品监管制度的异同,并且针对我国国情提出了一些监管建议,最终通过自律、法律、监管三方面共同保障乳品安全。
The comparison of the similarities and differences of the dairy regulatory system between China and the United States was illustrated through regulatory policy, regulatory authorities, laws and regulations, Associations and so on. Some suggestions were put forward according to China＇s national conditions, to protect the safety of dairy products through self-discipline, legal and regulatory.
