Comprehensive Evaluation of Satisfaction Degree of Open Pit Blasting Effect

针对露天爆破效果具有随机性和模糊性,难以进行综合性评价的特点,引入美国顾客满意度指数模型(ACSI)。结合实例,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对爆破效果满意度进行综合评价计算,获得满意度综合量分,来判断企业的工作人员对爆破效果的综合满意程度。

Usually it is difficult to evaluate blasting effect clearly due to the random and fuzziness of open pit blasting effect. The American Customer Satisfaction Index was introduced in this case. Combined with practical exampies, the satisfaction degree of blasting effect was calculated by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the scores of satisfaction degree was achieved, which helps to disclose the comprehensive satisfaction degree of employee.
