摘要
烹饪高等教育是我国高等教育的一个重要特色,以培养高层次、创新型烹饪人才为主要目标。研究性实践教学是引导学生在实践中提高自主学习能力,加深对理论知识的理解与应用,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养科研创新能力。它有利于推进烹饪高等教育改革的步伐,提高烹饪人才的培养质量。
Advanced culinary education is an important characteristic of China's higher education system to cultivate high-level, innovative culinary talents. Inquisitive teaching is to guide students to improve their au- tonomous learning ability in practice, to deepen their understanding and application of theoretical knowledge, to generate their interest in learning and to cultivate their ability of research and innovation. It will help speed up reform in advanced culinary education and improve quality of culinary talents.
