摘要 P2X7受体是对二价阳离子有较强选择性的ATP门控的离子通道,参与细胞信号转导,介导细胞毒性作用,活化并诱导宿主细胞凋亡。近几年研究表明,P2X7受体参与炎症反应中细胞因子的释放,特别是P2X7受体活化可促进单核细胞的血管内皮生长因子的释放,该释放依赖钙离子内流与活性氧的产生。本文综述了P2X7受体与炎症细胞及血管内皮生长因子分子机制的相关研究。 P2X7 receptors are ATP-gated ion channels, which has strong selectivity for the divalent cations. P2X7 receptors participate in cell signal transduction, involve in cell-mediated cytotoxicity and activation; while, P2X7 receptor is involved in cytokine release, inflammation, apoptosis and is closely related with the tumor. Although the proinflammatory actions of P2RX7 are well recognized, little is known regarding the potential function of P2RX7 in repair responses. In recent years, researchers found that P2RX7 activation promotes the robust release of vascular endothelial growth factor from primary human monocytes. This vascular endothelial growth factor release is calcium dependent and associated with reactive oxygen species production. This paper reviews the P2X7 receptor biology and its molecular mechanism of inflammatory cell and VEGF releasing.
