对偶半圆瓣修复颜面部圆形缺损

Closure of Facial Circular Defects Using Symmetric Semicircular Flap.

目的 应用对偶半圆瓣修复颜面部圆形缺损。方法 根据缺损特点 ,利用几何原理精确设计对偶半圆瓣 ,相互交错缝合修复缺损。临床应用修复面部圆形缺损 7例 ,修复缺损最大直径 3.5cm。结果 皮瓣均成活 ,切口愈合后平整 ,随访 3～ 6个月 ,外形良好。结论 该方法设计科学、简便 ,易于掌握 ,是修复颜面部圆形缺损的理想方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the symmetric semicircular flap on the repair of facial circular defects. Methods 7 patients with facial circular lesions were treated using symmetric semicircular flap. Precise planning and drawing was done preoperatively based on the principle of geometry. The largest diameter of the defect repaired reaches 3.5cm . Results 7 patients recovered on one stage and looked cosmetical in 3～6 months' follow-up. conclusion The symmetric semicircular flap is an effective alternative in repairing the facial circular defects.
