摘要
山东某化工有限公司在生产羟丙基甲基纤维素过程中,产生大量的废水。该废水盐分高,有机物浓度高,生化性差,采用蒸发除盐+水解酸化+UASB+活性污泥+NaOCl氧化+接触氧化组合工艺处理该废水,其中水解酸化及UASB运行温度为36±2℃,对COD的去除率达到65%。经过6个月的调试,系统出水水质稳定,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级标准。
A large mount of wastewater was discharged in the manufacture of HPMC in chemical CO., LTD in Shandong province. Because of high concentration of salt, COD and refractory organics in wastewater of HPMC factory, the combined process of demineralizer-hydrolysis & acidification-UASB-activated sludge-contact oxida- tion was used. The removal efficiency could attain to 65% by hydrolytic acidification and UASB process, when running under the temperature of 36 ℃. After commissioning of six months, the effluent was stable and met the First Grade Standard of GB8978-1996.
