城市边缘区工业用地“集聚”发展模式研究——以武汉市边缘区为例

The research on "cluster" development model of industrial land in urban fringe——A case study of Wuhan fringe

城市边缘区是城市外迁企业和乡镇企业的双向集结地,其合理的空间布局能够在不同广度和深度影响城市的发展。文章从边缘区土地集约化利用的角度出发,并以武汉市边缘区为例探讨了边缘区工业用地的"集聚"发展模式,即"地理空间上的集中"和"产业空间上的集群"。总结了边缘区工业用地布局集约、高效优化途径,从而促使城市边缘区整个地域空间乃至整个城市地域空间的可持续发展。

An urban fringe is the two-way clustering of the relocated enterprises and township enterprises, so its reasonable space layout will affect the urban development in the different breadth and depth. From the point of intensive use of urban fringe＇s land, this paper explores the ＂cluster＂ development models of the industrial land in the urban fringe--＂concentration in the geographical space＂ and ＂concentration in the industrial space＂ by taking Wuhan fringe as an example.
