新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清IGF-1水平变化及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)患儿血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(in-sulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)水平变化及其临床意义。方法选择我院2010年1月—2011年12月收住的HIE患儿30例为HIE组,同期正常健康新生儿30例为正常对照组,观察两组血清IGF-1水平变化。结果 HIE组急性期血清IGF-1水平明显下降,与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HIE急性期轻、中、重度组间IGF-1水平比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01);HIE恢复期轻度患儿血清IGF-1含量与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而中、重度患儿血清IGF-1含量与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与轻度患儿比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论监测HIE患儿血清IGF-1水平有助于临床对病情轻重的分度,对HIE诊断和治疗具有指导作用。
