摘要
活性嫩黄K-4G浸染棉织物的吸色率和固色率都很低。研究了电解质、碱剂、温度、时间、浴比等因素对活性嫩黄K-4G吸色率和固色率的影响。通过更改其中一个因素而保持其他因素不变的方法进行对比试验,得出了活性嫩黄K-4G上染棉织物的最佳工艺为:染料3%(omf),硫酸钠质量浓度40 g/L(或者氯化钾质量浓度40 g/L;或者复盐氯化钾质量浓度26.7 g/L和硫酸钠质量浓度13.3 g/L),碳酸氢钠质量浓度20 g/L,浴比1:30,60℃染色40 min,90℃固色50 min。活性嫩黄K-4G浸染棉织物吸色率和固色率及其染色棉织物的黄度均比传统工艺有较大的提高。
The exhaustion rate and color fixing rate of Reactive light yellow K-6G was low in dip dyeingprocess of cotton fabric. The effects of electrolyte, alkaline agent, temperature, time and liquor ratio on exhaustion rate of Reactive light yellow K-4G were studied. Comparative experiments were carried out by changing one of the factors and keeping the other ones. The optimum dyeing process were: reactive light yellow K-4G 3%(omf), sodium sulfate 40 g/L(or potassium chloride 40 g/L; or potassium chloride 26.7 g/L and sodium sulfate 13.3 g/L ), sodium bicarbonate 20 g/L, liquor ratio 1 : 30, dyeing at 60 ℃ for 40 min and fixing at 90 ℃ for 50 min. In contrast with traditional dyeing process, the exhaustion rate and color fixing rate of Reactive light yellow K-4G and yellowness were increased considerably.
