金融支持资源型城市转型发展问题研究

资源型城市为我国经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献,资源型城市产业结构转型离不开金融支持,本人从资源型城市转型的必要性入手,分析了金融支持资源型城市转型存在产业锁定、金融锁定,金融生态环境不佳等问题,并提出了设立转型发展基金、加强政府与金融机构协作等政策建议。

Resource - based city made a great contribution to China＇s economic and social development, and resource - based city industrial restructuring can not be separated from financial support. The author, start-ing from the necessity of the transformation of resource - based cities, analyzes the problems in financial support for resource - based city development in transition such as industry locked, financial locked and fi- nancial environment is not so good, and so on, and then, proposes the establishment of the restructuring and development fund, strengthening the collaboration of government and financial institutions.
