摘要
稠油开采以蒸汽吞吐为主,即在井筒内注入高温高压水蒸汽,降低原油粘度,进而达到采出的目的。由于稠油储集层具有油层疏松、孔隙度高、渗透性好等特点,加之经过多轮注汽后,很容易出现油层砂堵、渗流孔道堵塞、含水上升、管柱及配套工具断、脱、卡、吸汽剖面不均、套管损坏等问题,造成稠油井作业频率加大。经过多年的研究实践,现已形成了稠油修井作业系列技术,为辽河油田稠油开发生产提供了技术保证。
Heavy oil recovery is by means of steam huff and puff, namely in the wellbore injecting into the high temperature and high pressure steam to reduce the viscosity of crude oil, so as to achieve the purpose.Due to heavy oil reservoir with loose reservoir, high porosity, good permeability, and after many rounds of steam injection, water cut rising, damage, making it is very easy to cause problems such as reservoir sand plugging, seepage pore blockage, string and related tools breaking , off, block, steam absorption profile inequality, casing heavy oil well operating frequency increase. After years of research and practice, a series of heavy oil well workover technologies have been formed, which provide technical assurance for heavy oil well development and production in Liaohe Oilfield.
