摘要
研究了4-氯酚在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPr)修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为,实验结果表明4-氯酚在修饰电极表面于0.53 V(vs.Ag-AgCl)处有一灵敏的氧化峰。采用1∶1(质量比)的PVPr和超导电炭黑(0.2 g)滴加650μL石蜡油制作的修饰碳糊电极在0.1 mol.L-1的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=7.12)中用差示脉冲伏安法测定4-氯酚,其浓度在0.5-100μmol.L-1范围内和峰电流呈良好线性关系,检出限为0.05μmol.L-1。
Electrochemical behaviors of 4-chlorophenol at polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVPr) modified carbon paste electrode are studied. The result shows that 4-chlorophenol has a sensitive oxidation peak at 0.53 V (vs. Ag/ AgCl). The modified carbon paste electrode was produced by PVPr and super conductive carbon black (0.2 g) at a mass ratio of 1:1. 650μL paraffin oil was added as the binder. 4-chlorophenol was detected by this modified electrode in 0.1 mol-L-1 phosphate buffer (pH 7.12) by differential pulse stripping voltammetry. The oxidation currents of 4-chlorophenol were in a good linear relationship with the concentration of the analyte in the range of 9.5-100μmol-L-1 and a detection limit of 0.05 μmol.L-1 (S/N=3).
