Application of GIS technology in the ecological environment analysis of new residential districts of Suzhou City

摘要 苏州市2012年春季有180多个新楼盘上市,利用遥感数据和GIS技术,以新建住宅区内部及周边绿地、水体、道路、温度为主要指标对这些住宅区的生态环境进行分析评价。用所获生态环境综合指数分值对住宅区进行排序,发现生态环境质量位于前14位的住宅区聚集在苏州工业园区。分析结果可为购房市民提供生态环境信息服务,也可为城市生态与环境规划部门提供决策参考。 New houses in more than 180 new residential districts have been on sale in Suzhou since the spring of 2012. Ecological environment analyses were made for these new residential districts based on remote sensing data and GIS technology. Green land, water, roads and temperature were considered as the environmental evaluation indices. According to the values of ecological environment comprehensive index, the top 14 new residential dis- tricts are found located in Suzhou Industrial Park. The results can serve for house purchasers and urban ecologi- cal environment planners.
