参考水平在核与辐射突发事件应急救援中的应用初探 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨参考水平对核与辐射突发事件应急救援防护策略制定的影响。方法根据IAEA、ICRP等国际组织发布的新的核应急实施导则,建立基于参考水平的防护策略。结果参考水平从建立方法、采用的剂量学量及优化方法等方面均比过去的干预水平更趋合理。结论参考水平的提出对制定核应急响应计划和标准具有深远的影响,建议加强其优化分析的方法学研究,推荐统一的优化分析方法。 Objective To discuss the influence of reference levels used to construct protection strategy in nuclear and radiation emergency recsue. Methods Protection strategies based on reference levels are constructed according to the newly published nuclear safety standards of IAEA and ICRP. Results The application of reference levels is more reasonable than the intervention levels proposed before from the established method to the indication quantity on dosimetry and the methods of optimization. Conclusions The application of reference levels have a far - reaching impact on making nuclear rescue standards and plans. It is suggested that the research on optimization of reference levels should be strengthened, and a unified method should be recommended.
