温度对铝合金材料疲劳短裂纹萌生行为影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用扫描电镜(SEM)原位观测技术,研究了高温下铝合金试件在循环应力作用下的疲劳短裂纹萌生行为,结果表明,温度对于短裂纹行为具有强烈的影响。基于局部应变法,文中提出了一种预测温度作用下的铝合金疲劳裂纹短萌生寿命的评估公式。 Based on scanning electron microscopy (SEM) in-situ observation, the fatigue short crack initiation and early stage propagation behavior was studied when subjected to cycling stress and temperature Results indicated temperature played an important role. A formula to characterize fatigue short crack initiation life for specimen under elevated temperature was proposed based on the local strain method
