摘要
近年来随着高等院校的普遍扩招,大学毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻,导致这种现象出现的主要原因是学生在选择自己专业时没有考虑到社会的需求。文中将利用Apriopri算法对网络招聘系统中的信息进行挖掘,分析各用人单位的用人规律,给学生选择专业提供一些指导性建议,为大家更好的就业提供帮助。
In recent years, with the increasing recruitment in higher universities, the employment situation of university graduates is more and more severe.One of the reasons it that the students choose their own professional without considering the needs of society. In this paper, apriopri algorithm was used in the on-line recruitment system for the data mining, analysis the demand of every recruiters, provide some guidance advics to the stuedents when they choose their professional, and then give them more useful help on employment.
