The article analyzes the competition situations after the first round of medical reform. By researching 22 sample hospitals in Guangzhou and discussing the inherent driving force of the expansion of the public hospital, the industrial structure factors of the hospital strategic choice and medical reform measures are explored to consider the new round of medical reform environment.
