复杂工况下滚子轴承寿命的修正计算方法 被引量:12

摘要 在L-P理论的基础上,进一步考虑了滚子寿命和滚子长度方向上的载荷分布对轴承整体寿命的影响,建立了滚子轴承基本额定寿命计算方法;其次,考虑过盈配合、温度等对套圈内部周向应力的影响,建立了基于次表层最大剪应力的轴承寿命修正计算方法,基于上述计算模型编制调试了Matlab寿命计算程序,结合轴承拟动力学计算软件,以高速圆柱滚子轴承为例,分析了径向和弯矩联合载荷、离心力、过盈配合及温度对滚子轴承寿命的影响规律。 The calculation method for basic rating life of roller bearings is established based on L - P theory with further consideration of effects of the life of rollers and load distribution in the length direction of rollers on overall life of bear-ings, and the modified calculation method for life of bearings is established based on the subsurface maximum shearing stress with further consideration of effects of the interference fit and temperature on internal hoop stress of rings. A Mat- lab life calculation program is developed based on above - mentioned calculation model. Taking high speed cylindrical roller bearing as an example, the effects of the radial load , bending torque , centrifugal forces , interference fit and temperature on life of roller bearings are analyzed by combining bearing quasi dynamic calculation software.
