摘要
首先简单介绍了Hilbert-Huang变换,然后结合滚动轴承内圈故障的实例,说明了其在信号处理中遇到的端点效应和模式混淆问题,并在此基础上讨论了基于Hilbert-Huang变换的边际谱、包络谱等扩展方法。结果表明,这些方法能够较好地提取特征信号,为滚动轴承的故障诊断提供依据。
Firstly, the Hilbert - Huang transform is briefly introduced, and then combining with an instance of a rolling bearing inner ring fault, some questions about ending effects and mode mixing in the signal are introduced. On this ba-sis, the extending methods of marginal spectrum, envelope spectrum etc. are introduced and discussed based on Hilbert - Huang transform. The results show that these methods can extract characteristic signal better for fault diagnosis of the rolling bearings.
