摘要
针对现有桑皮脱胶装置及方法所存在的缺陷,设计开发了一种碱液可循环利用的桑皮脱胶装置。利用此装置进行脱胶试验并与传统脱胶方法进行了对比,结果表明:所制取桑皮纤维的长度、强度、伸长率比传统方法分别提高了15%、17%和18%,静/动摩擦因数和残胶率分别下降了13%、17%和60%,初始模量和比电阻变化不明显,纤维的整体可纺性能明显提高。此装置结构简单,操作简便,脱胶效率高,碱液回收方便,具有较高的应用及推广价值。
Aiming at overcoming the defects existed in present mulberry fiber degumming method, a mulberry fiber degumming device which can use alkali solution in a recycle way is developed. A comparative analysis with the traditional device shows that compared with traditional methods, the used mulberry fther' s length, strength and elongation respectively increased by 15%, 17% and 18%, mulberry fiber's static/dynamic friction coefficient and residual glue rate respectively decreased by 13%, 17% and 60%, initial modulus and resistivity change very little, the fiber has better spinnability. The device' s structure is simple, its operation is convenient and fast, its degumming rate is high, alkali solution is recycled conveniently. So it is of high value for application.
