摘要
研究了为织造建筑用碳纤维织物而对Dornier织机的送经机构进行改造,具体做法是:碳纤维直接从筒子架上引出而不是像普通机织物一样从织轴引出,经导辊装置缠绕在滚筒上,经后梁,然后参与织造。研究重点是在碳纤维和滚筒之间不存在滑移现象的条件下设计最佳结构和工艺参数,通过一系列的理论分析和实践检验,得出最佳工艺参数为:r1(滚筒半径)为245 mm;r2(压辊半径)为60 mm;θ1(碳纤维和滚筒之间的包围角)为200°;θ2(碳纤维和压辊之间的包围角)为90°;N(压辊压力)为200 N。
In this paper is studied the transformation of the let-off motion of Domier rapier loom in order to make it able to weave carbon fiber fabric used in construction. The carbon fiber is drawn directly from the creel rather than from the weaving beam as does in ordinary weaving, passed through the guide roller to wind onto the drum and then passed the back beam for weaving. The research is focussed on design of best structure and optimization of process parameters under the conditions that the slippage between carbon fiber and the drum does not occur. Through a series of theoretical analyses and practical tests, optimized process parameters are found out: r, ( drum radius) is 245 mm; r2 ( press roller radius) is 60ram; θ1 ( the surrounded angle between the carbon fiber and the drum) is 200 ° ; θ2 ( the surrounded angle between the carbon fiber and the pressure roller) is 90° ;N(press roller pressure) is 200N.
