摘要
介绍了网眼织物的特征,它由地经与绞经相互扭绞后与纬纱交织,从而在织物表面产生稳固的网眼孔,在产业用纺织品行业有着广泛用途。阐述了改造普通小样织机试制玻璃纤维网眼织物的方法,包括制作专用绞纱装置和绞经张力控制装置;详细介绍了组织图、穿综图、穿筘图的表示方法和织造生产中的注意要点。实践证明,采用这种方法,不仅减少了因扭绞产生的断经,而且制作方便,可操作性强,成本低,为小样织机又增添了一个功能。
The mesh fabric interlaced by weft threads and crossing warp threads features stable net opens and is widely applied in industrial textiles. This paper introduces how to produce glass fiber mesh fabric on ordinary modified sample loom, including manufacturing the devices for making special crossing warp threads and for their tension control, and detailed the expressing methods of fancy mesh fabric stitches, draft patterns, drafting plans and reeding plans and the key points in the weaving production. The practice proves that the above method can not only reduce broken ends but also make the production at low cost and operation convenient. It also added more function to the sample loom.
