摘要
对多种不透汽芳砜纶复合材料的蒸汽防护性能进行了初步探索。实验结果表明,蒸汽喷射条件、不透汽处理方式以及材料的隔热性能等因素均会对芳砜纶复合材料的蒸汽防护性能产生不同程度的影响。随着喷射蒸汽的温度升高,透过材料的热流量增加,材料背面的温度上升幅度增大,蒸汽防护性能下降;相同材料采用不同的不透汽处理方式,其蒸汽防护性能差异明显;材料的隔热值越大,相同蒸汽喷射条件下的蒸汽防护性能越好,且不同蒸汽喷射条件下蒸汽防护性能之间的差异越小。
Steam protective property of various PSA composites is preliminarily researched. The experimental result indicates that the steam protective property of PSA composites is affected to varying degrees by the factors such as steam exposure condition, steam-proof processing mode and heat-insulate performance of the material etc. With the steam temperature increasing, the heat flux through the material increases whilst with the temperature amplitude on the back of the sample increasing, the steam protective property decreases. The steam protective property of the same material differs greatly from different steam-proof processing modes. The higher the heat-insulate value of the material is, the better its steam protective property will be under the same exposure conditions, and the steam protective property shows less difference when in different steam exposure conditions.
