摘要 介绍了粘胶、澳毛、高收缩阳离子涤纶、有光涤纶和金银丝的性能特征,分析了纤维性能对纺纱工艺和成纱风格的影响。经试验比较,最终确定原料组成和混纺比、纱线规格等相关参数。在棉纺设备上,探索开发出18.5tex 30/25/20/20/5粘胶/澳毛/高收缩阳离子涤纶/有光涤纶/金银丝多彩闪色纱的工艺方案和技术措施。通过各道工序的严格控制,整个纺纱过程较顺利,混纺纱成纱风格独特,附加值高,可以对企业大规模生产起到指导作用。 In this paper, the characters of high shrinkage cationic polyester, Viscose, wool, luster polyester and metallic fiber are introduced with the influence of their properties on the spinning processes and formed yam style analyzed. Through tests and comparisons, the parameters as the component of the key raw materials, their blending ratio and yarn linear density are determined. A detailed exploration of the technology program and technical measures in producing 18.5tex 30/25/20/20/5 Viscose/wool/high shrikage cationic polyester/luster polyester/metallic fiber multicolor-glittering yarn on the cotton spinning equipment is discussed. By strictly controlling each process, the entire production is done in smooth, the formed blended yarn features a unique style with smooth surface and high value-added, which provides a good reference guide for mass production in enterprises.
