持续封闭负压引流技术在下肢溃疡创面修复中的临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨持续封闭负压引流(vacuum sealing drainage)技术治疗下肢溃疡创面的临床效果。方法回顾性分析及评价2011年10月至2012年8月在我院行负压引流治疗的20例下肢溃疡创面患者的临床疗效,并对出院患者进行随访。结果 3例行负压封闭引流治疗后创面自然愈合。负压封闭引流治疗后,17例创面行自体中厚皮片植皮术,植皮成活良好,创面均完全愈合。出院1~6月随访中,20例患者创面均愈合良好。17例植皮患者15例移植皮肤表面平坦,疤痕增生不明显,颜色接近正常皮肤,质地柔软,耐磨性良好,无磨损破溃;2例患者植皮缝合缘处见有疤痕增生,但无明显瘙痒疼痛感。结论持续封闭负压引流技术是临床治疗下肢溃疡创面的一种比较理想的方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of continuous vacuum sealing drainagein technique in repairing wound of lower limbs ulcer. Methods We retrospectively analyzed and evaluated the clinical curative effect of repairing 20 cases of patients with lower limbs ulcer wound by continuous vacuum sealing drainage technique, and followed up the discharged patients. Results Three cases of patients undergoing continuous vacuum sealing drainage treatment had natural wound healing. After the treatment by continuous vacuum sealing drainage, 17 cases of patients had complete wound healing via grafting autologous split-thickness skin piece. During following up from 1 to 6 months, 20 cases of patients had better wound healing. 15 patients had fiat transplanted skin surface, unobvious scar, and the same skin color as normal skin, with soft and good abrasion resistance. 2 cases of patients had scarring graft suture edge, but without significant itching and pain. Conclusions The continuous vacuum sealing drainage technique is a relatively ideal way of clinical repairing limbs ulcer wound, which is worthy of clinical application and popularizing.
